Assessment and Planning That Keeps Your Project Moving

On this scope

Getting the Compliance Right Before Work Begins

Big Timber Tree Services coordinates the full suite of arboricultural and environmental planning requirements that commercial and government projects need before tree works can proceed. We work with certified reporting arborists through our QAA network to produce arborist reports, establish Tree Protection Zones and manage the permit applications that councils and environmental authorities require. We develop and implement site-specific environmental management plans covering fauna protection, weed and pest management, waterway protection and sediment controls. Our experience working alongside civil contractors, councils and utilities means we understand the compliance frameworks these clients operate within and we structure our documentation to integrate with theirs. You get the reporting and planning done right the first time.

Why it matters

The difference on this scope.

QAA Network Access for Specialist Reporting

We coordinate certified consulting arborists for reports and TPZ establishment, drawing on our Queensland Arboricultural Association connections.

Environmental Management Plans That Hold Up

Our EMPs are developed to the standard that civil principal contractors, councils and environmental authorities actually accept.

Permit Management Handled End to End

For clients who want a completely hands-off experience, we can manage the permit process from initial assessment through to approval. Many clients engage us once permits are already in place, and either way, we work with what you have.

Documentation Structured for Principal Contractor Requirements

Our reports and planning documents are formatted to integrate with your existing project compliance systems from the outset.
